JCB Operator |
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate JCB (Backhoe Loader) for excavation, loading, trenching, grading and earthmoving activities.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Report equipment faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Follow site instructions, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure safe operation around personnel, vehicles and site infrastructure.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned equipment.
Requirements:
• Valid Heavy Equipment/JCB Operator license (as required by local regulations).
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating JCB or similar heavy equipment.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Store Keeper |
We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock records and support smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Store items safely and systematically to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
• Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store/warehouse.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar warehouse/inventory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials when required.

Civil Engineer (Fit-Out) |
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fit-out activities at project sites.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work for billing and project documentation.
• Support project planning, cost control, and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Membership with the UAE Society of Engineers is preferred.

Heavy Duty Driver |
We are hiring an experienced Heavy Duty Driver to safely operate heavy vehicles for the transportation of construction materials, equipment, and other goods. The ideal candidate should have a valid heavy vehicle driving license, a strong safety record and experience driving in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport materials, equipment, and goods to project sites and other designated locations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured before transportation.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and vehicle documentation.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Requirements:
• Valid UAE Heavy Bus/Truck Driving License (Category 4 or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Driver, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
